If you want to include customised buttons linking to your LinkedIn profile (like the one below), then just follow these simple steps.

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to your ‘account and settings’ option
  3. Click on your ‘public profile’ (it’s half way down the accounts and settings page)
  4. Under ‘Public Profile’ go to ‘Promote Public Profile’ and click on ‘Customized Buttons’
  5. Choose the button you like and copy the entire code
  6. This can then be used wherever you want to – such as in a WordPress blog like this, or in your email signature
